With over two decades of experience in public policy, strategic communications, media, and advocacy, he has worked across government, corporate, and non-profit sectors. As Founder of CSGA, he advises organisations on governance, ESG, sustainability, and BRSR, while also contributing as a speaker, mentor, jury member, and university viva examiner. He has completed executive education from ISB Hyderabad and IIM Kozhikode and holds a Global Diplomacy certificate from the University of London.
Nimisha Sharma
Co-Founder, Master in Social Work and PG Diploma in Rural Development
A development-sector professional with a decade of experience in programme management, community engagement, policy advocacy, stakeholder coordination, monitoring and evaluation.
She has worked with government and non-profit organisations, including CUTS and the National Rural Health Mission, managing field programmes, teams, training, reporting and community initiatives. She brings strong capabilities in programme implementation, research, documentation, stakeholder engagement and social impact initiatives.
